Note: All numbers are shown on a per student/child basis. Enrollment is on an annual basis and registration fees are due at the time of enrollment. All registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month in 10 equal monthly payments (first payment August 1st and last payment May 1st). A late fee of $50.00 is applied to each unpaid account after the 10th of each month. All insufficient fund checks will create a $50.00 charge to each account. Automatic Debit Authorization is available and encouraged for consistent tuition payments. Please check with our administrator with any questions you may have.
Before and After School Dependent Care Available Grades K-8
In order to better serve families with both parents working away from home, ACS offers before and after school care. K-8 child care hours are:
- Monday through Friday 7:00-8:15 am
- Monday through Friday 3:00-5:30 pm
This before and after school care is $40.00 per week for BOTH AM and PM or $20.00 per week for just morning or afternoon (K-8th Grades). Before and after school Drop-In care per child is $5.00 per hour (payable at the time of drop-in). This care expense is considered dependent care and you should check with your tax advisor regarding the use of flexible spending account dollars to pay for these expenses. All dependent care is due monthly along with tuition payments.
"Sponsor A New K-8 Family" $500 Tuition Credit Program
We know that many of our best new student recruits come from relationships with current parents that have children enrolled at ACS. Because of this, we are offering a $500 tuition credit to enrolled families for "each" new family you sponsor into the school. In order to achieve this credit, you are expected to do the work associated with recruiting the new families and getting them started at ACS. This is not simply a referral program. You need to schedule a school visit for them, work with administration to get them registered, be a mentor about ACS, and sell them on the values of our school!
Program Conditions: Each family you sponsor must enroll at least one student/child in grades K-8. This tuition credit does not apply if the new family enrolls only in preschool. Only one tuition credit is allowed for "each" new family you recruit, however you can recruit and sponsor as many new families as you want times the $500 tuition credit. The second condition is that each new family must list your name (as their sponsor into ACS) on their registration form. We intend to validate this information with each new family. All teachers, parents (existing and new), and school board members are eligible for this program.
Example: If you sponsor 4 new tuition paying families (each having at least one new student in grades K-8) then you would earn $2,000 in tuition credit on your February statement! COOL!
Tuition Credit Terms: The terms would be based on the new family still having a child enrolled in K-8 and being current on their tuition payments as of January 15th. Once this is verified, the sponsoring family would receive their tuition credits for each new family on their February statement.
